As an attendee you understand that alongside the theory, we will be viewing sensitive, video recordings of actual psychotherapy sessions. In consideration of this,  you agree to abide by the following strict confidentiality mandates:

1. Strictest Professional Privacy: You agree to treat any clinical material, patient identities, and session details with the absolute highest level of professional confidentiality nd not disclose any identifiable information to anyone outside of this presentation room. 

2. Absolute Prohibition on Recording: You will not record, download, take screenshots, photograph, or duplicate any part of the audio, video, or presentation slides using any device (e.g., phones, cameras, external recording software).

3. No Secondary Streaming or Sharing: You certify that you  are watching the stream in a completely private environment. No unauthorized third parties, family members, or colleagues will be permitted to view or hear the presentation. You will not share access links or passwords.

4. Recognition of Patient Recognition: In the unlikely event that you recognize the patient featured in the video recording, you will immediately excuse yourself from the presentation, notify the presenter or host, and terminate viewing of that specific case.

5. Legal and Ethical Boundaries: You understand that violating this agreement constitutes a severe breach of professional ethics, and could result in the revocation of professional license, termination of institutional membership, and potential legal action
